Sunset Bay Villa is built over 2 floors with the lower floor offering a fully air-conditioned open-plan living area and kitchen opening through large sliding glass doors to a picturesque pool terrace and panoramic ocean views. The living area offers ample soft seating with smart TV offering Netflix and YouTube channels, Bluetooth audio system and dining table catering for 8 guests. The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. This living area also benefits from a guest WC and office space.
Outside, the private swimming pool and Jacuzzi is surrounded by a terraced area offering sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outdoor dining table and floating beanbags. Every area of this pool terrace looks onto the sensational views with the Jacuzzi offering a great sunset experience. A charcoal BBQ is also available to guests allowing guests to enjoy a pool-side evening BBQ.
The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms with the largest master bedroom benefiting from en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Two guest bedrooms offer a double bed and twin single beds both sharing a bathroom with shower. All 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and share the same spectacular ocean vistas.

We do not accept groups of 17/18 year olds celebrating high school graduation.
Electricity, read by the meter and charged at 6 THB per kW unit.
Airport transfer charged at 500 THB per minibus.
Damage deposit of 10,000 baht required in cash on arrival which is fully refundable and can be paid in any equivalent currency.
Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.
The balance of the booking is required 30 days before check-in date.
For Last Minute bookings, full payment in local Thai Baht is required before access to the property
Payment Options are as follows:
1. By international bank transfer to our nominated Thai bank account.
2. Secure online Paypal payment with credit card (4.5 % merchant fee charge applied)
The Owner is not responsible for you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities.
It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance
(including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).
In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival, we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
Once the final balance is received - 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.
If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.
