When staying at Summitra Pavilion Villa No.3 you are just 10 minutes from the airport which means far more time relaxing and much less time travelling. The quiet parts of Choeng Mon beach can be reached on foot, while you are sure to make the short journey to visit The Golden Buddha and its Temple close by. A trip into the busiest resort on the island; Chaweng will take around ten minutes by car. Here you will find restaurants, bars and plenty of nightlife. There is also lots of shopping outlets, so everything from food to souvenirs can be purchased during time spent here. Before leaving this area it would really pay you to head a little inland towards Chaweng Lake and visit a simply awe inspiring Temple. This is Khao Hua Jook. As well as magnificent views towards Koh Phangan, the temple itself really is a site to behold.

When booking the 3 en-suite bedroom Summitra Pavilion Villa No. 3 you will be settled into Island life before you realize it. The villa is just 10 minutes from Samui’s airport and close to the quiet and charming Choeng Mon Beach. So close indeed that you can walk from your holiday home to the sugar-white sand and inviting ocean. That is when you can draw yourself away from your own private pool which sits in a picturesque tropical garden setting.



The design of each villa on this first class estate is such that you are not overlooked by anyone. This gives you privacy to enjoy your surroundings to the hilt. Meals can be prepared in the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen area which is part of your open plan living space. This area also includes an indoor dining area and a lounge. When it comes to meal times the chances are that they will be served on your spacious outdoor terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. With the elevated position your villa holds you will feel the fresh ocean breeze on a regular basis, and time spent relaxing by the pool or in the outdoor Sala will be pleasures you will quickly get used to.



The privacy theme continues in terms of your sleeping arrangements. The master suite stands alone and offers a large sleeping space with bright décor. For those using this suite they will have the choice of indoor or outdoor bathing as both are on offer, and while the other two bedrooms are adjoining they do not interconnect, so once inside privacy is yours. One of these bedrooms has a double bed while the other comes with two twins. The en-suite bathrooms offer everything you need with the twin bedded room having the addition of an outdoor shower area.



Restaurants close to home and a village with eating options galore



While meals will be enjoyed in the villa there will be times when you wish to leave the cooking to someone else. When this is the case you have a reasonable choice of restaurants close to the estate and an excellent choice of restaurants at The Fisherman’s Village which will take only 10 minutes to reach by car. Here the fresh seafood on display will tempt you while there are also plenty of other dishes to choose from. The ambience is excellent and the chances are you will visit more than once during your stay. If day trips are on your agenda you will find half and full day trips galore to fill your day’s, safe in the knowledge that when it is time to head home your private sanctuary will be waiting.

Rates Include

* Free internet access.
* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.

Tariff:
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht

The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.

Payment Terms

Booking Deposit & Booking Details
If the period of occupancy is more than 56 days from the date of booking, a 20% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. (50% on some booking platforms) A further 30% is to be paid no less than 56 days before arrival and the remaining balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)

If the period of occupancy is less than 56 days from the date of booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)

If the period of occupancy is less than 14 days from the date of booking, 100% of the booking value must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are to be paid within five (5) working days. If payment is not received, except by prior arrangement, the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. If payment is not received within that period, we will issue a Notice of Cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after a further 48 hours without payment or any correspondence, the booking will be cancelled.

The number of persons occupying the property should not be more than the maximum allowable number of occupants.
Any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged per night at a rate equivalent to the seasonal daily rate of the property, divided by the maximum allowable number of occupants, as dictated by the quantity of beds (single or double) within the property.

This will be a minimum charge of THB 500.00 per person.

Failure to pay this fee by the additional guest or group leader, as stated on the Managements booking form, will result in the additional guest being asked to leave the premises.

Please Note: All credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3.5%

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.

Our refund policy is as follows:
Booking Deposit 20% - No Refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation 57 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of monies paid excluding deposit
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances

Please be aware that if you cancel your villa booking you will lose the 20% deposit.

Cancellation by the Property Management
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own and manage. However, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid, this will be at our discretion.
We cannot accept any further liability other than the above.
