This spacious villa has been beautifully designed to maximize the wow factor of its location and spectacular, unparallel led views of Nathon Bay. The layout and the size of the property make it ideal for large families and couples sharing and the outdoor living areas are ideal for celebrations and entertaining. On the entrance level to the villa you will find three, private, covered off- road parking spaces. Double wooden doors open onto a small terrace and a small private garden that leads down to the swimming pool. The covered entrance to the villa has double doors that open into the main living/dining area.
The views from the enormous picture window in the main living area are simply breathtaking. To the left of the first floor, has a flat panel TV, a sumptuous sofa and an entertainment centre comprising of a large flat panel TV, surround sound, a DVD player and satellite connection. Two double patio doors lead onto a balcony area where the incredible views can be enjoyed. Bedroom four that is accessed from the lounge shares the same spectacular views and features a comfortable king-size bed, a seating area, a desk, flat panel TV, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Like the other bathrooms the imported bathroom fixtures and fittings are of the most luxurious standard you will find in Samui.
Behind the living area two further patio doors open onto a balcony with seating for four people where again the incredible view can be taken in. Beyond this area you will find the modern, western style kitchen that has a double, built in electric oven, a huge American style fridge, a central island with a breakfast bar for two and a gas hob and all the amenities you would expect to find in a kitchen of this standard.
Behind the kitchen area is a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to ten diners who can enjoy a meal with the incredible views this villa offers as a backdrop. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable outdoor seating area that enjoys more panoramic views of the bay and the infinity edge pool. There is a guest WC on this level and a staircase that leads up to the second level.
On the second level you will find a hallway that leads to the master suite at the end of which is a seating area for two. The master bedroom enjoys incredible views as well as a comfortable king-size bed, a flat screen TV, a large and comfortable reclining chair and coffee table as well as an en-suite bathroom with ‘his’ and’ her’ sinks, a rain shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three can be found at the end of a window lined corridor that overlooks the front of the property. Bedrooms two and three have ocean views, reclining chairs and coffee table, comfortable king-size beds, flat panel TVs and en-suite bathrooms with rainwater showers.
Steps on the living level take you down to the large infinity pool that has a Jacuzzi at one end and the deep end at the other. There is a good size sun terrace around the pool where you can relax and enjoy the views. Adjacent the pool is a large covered outdoor living area serviced by a second western kitchen/bar area, a BBQ and a second dining table. On this level you will also find a games area with a pool table and table football as well as a further lounge area with a home theatre. Bedroom five accessed from the games area has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit and the balance is due at least 30 days prior ro arrival.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or on-line by credit card.
* If all the guests staying in the villa are under 21 years of age, or we believe to be a party of students, then a USD 2,000 refundable security bond is required which can either be paid by bank transfer (refunded less bank charges) or on arrival at the villa in cash.
Standard and Peak Seasons:
30 days or more before arrival date:
All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the managements reservations department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.
Christmas and New Year Period:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if the management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management.
