We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Topmost villa! It was simply fantastic and the service from all your staff was at least 5 star+. Our initial thought when climbing the stairs after 30 hours of travel was ..... "When is this going to end" as we went higher and higher... but we realised on arrival at the villa that our journey had truly been to transcend to heaven, where we could stay for the two weeks of our holiday.
Your facilities in the villa were excellent and the rooms were prepared to an extremely high standard prior to our visit with everything we needed, apart from one shortcoming... a tin opener, but use of the old swiss army knife sorted that out and it's not the end of the world not having one anyway.
The pool and Jaccuzzi were superb and for the full holiday we virtually had use of them to ourselves, which was nice, especially after coming home after a day out. Notice I said "home", as that is exactly what we felt, and I think that sums up the quality of your complex and accommodation.We knew that the prices you charge weren't the cheapest, but it was worth every penny. After all you can't expect the fabulous grounds and environment to be financed on a shoe-string to the high levels that you aspire to and reach. No complaints about value for money from us here, just look after it until we return!
We certainly look forward to visiting you again as soon as possible and will definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to relax and chill out on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. In fact this is virtually the only holiday I have ever been on where I could easily have stayed for another 14 days ... or more, it was that relaxing.
Your friendly manner, and that of your staff was the final piece in the jigsaw that made the holiday superb, despite the couple of days of bad weather at the end, but you can't be held responsible for that can you ... *grin* ... then again, you have made everything else perfect, so you really should have some words with the man upstairs!!!
Once again, thank you for a wonderful holiday, we look forward to seeing you again sooner rather than later. In fact in a strange way we even miss the daily climb up the stairs as our fitness levels definitely increased with the exercise ... another plus point!All the both of us can say to others is: "Don't think about it, just book to have your own piece of heaven during your stay in Koh Samui"
As for us, we are both starting saving straight away for next year!PS.
The only thing I would look at and change is the addition of a wireless access point on the Internet cable, so that you can roam around in the property using Wifi. In fact, had we stayed longer I would have purchased one and installed it for you as they are only about $30 (US dollars). This would stop the internet cable getting damaged as well as I did notice that the connector was suffering from over use and will eventually fail from fatigue or the amount/weight of "mile a minute" weed that has attached itself to the cable.
If you haven't got it sorted then I'll gladly do it on our return!!! *grin*.
