Palm Villas consists of eight luxury villas arranged within two separate adjacent areas set in a secluded coconut grove with a walled and gated perimeter. Each villa features either a jacuzzi spa pool or sala and pool table. With no more than four individual villas in each area set amongst perfectly manicured private gardens and positioned around a superb 16 metre swimming pool, your able to enjoy your holiday in a relaxed environment.
All villas come fully equipped to the highest standard with air-conditioned bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and the main bathroom adjacent to the third bedroom, lounge, dining room and high specification kitchen. There's also a cleaning & laundry service included, an introduction and welcome package which all makes settling in to your chosen accommodation at Palm Villas very easy.
The swimming pool has a large tastefully furnished terrace complete with poolside pergolas, providing a choice of shade or sun for holiday clients. Alternatively, Choeng Mon beach is only a short distance away and considered one of the best beaches on the Island, locally known for its white sands and relaxed ambience. The 'Fishermans Village' at Bophut is within easy reach and hosts an array of world class restaurants, all with an abundance of atmosphere. The shopping and party town of Chaweng is ten minutes away.
Palm Villa No 2 Set in a secluded coconut grove with a walled and gated perimeter consisting of 3 double bedrooms (double beds) with air-conditioning, 2 with en suite and 1 main bathroom adjacent to the 3rd bedroom, lounge area with full satellite/DVD facilities, separate dining area, fully equipped western style kitchen with high specification appliances and a large covered terrace all finished to an exceptionally high standard set in a private, walled landscaped garden with private Jacuzzi Spa overlooking a 16m pool complete with sun-beds and parasols.The villa is non-smoking, however, guests have the use of the large covered terrace with comfortable seating areas.

| Situated in Choeng Mon on the north eastern coastline of Koh Samui and less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach where there are numerous restaurants, bars and convenience stores lining the beach road. The main resort town of Chaweng is 10 minutes drive away and only 15 minutes to the popular fisherman village. Eating out The Seafood is well known on Samui. In fact, there is every type of restaurant you could imagine, the variety is too vast to mention here, so no need to worry if your dietary needs will be catered for and the quality is good due to the hot competition. Once again, the main concentration for restaurants is in Chaweng, although there are plenty of restaurants all over the island, you'll be spoilt for choice. You should also try the large range of tropical fruits and a fresh coconut. Nightlife Bars, cabarets shows and discos are mainly in Chaweng and Lamai. Green Mango, Reggae Pub, Full Circle and Bauhaus are the main discotheques, some open until sunrise. |

Cancellation Policy Cancellation by you You, or any member of your party, may cancel your holiday at any time providing the cancellation is made by the person who originally booked and is communicated to us by e-mail. As this incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit if you cancel more than 30 days prior to departure, and for less than 30 days we will require the full payment. Cancellation by us We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking. However, in no case will we cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date except for reason of force majeure or failure on your part to pay the final balance. Force majeure means war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, bad weather, fire, level or water, terrorist activity, closure of ports or airports, unforeseen local building/roadworks or similar circumstances beyond our control. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the property booked, we will return to you the deposit paid, or offer you an alternative property of comparable standard. We have the right to cancel your booking, or to instruct you or your party to leave immediately, without compensation or refund should you or any of your party not comply with this agreement particularly where the rules and regulations relating to behaviour and conduct have not been complied with. The maximum number of guests in each property unit must not be exceeded. Payment Terms Confirmation and deposit When you make your booking you must complete our booking form accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions and pay a 25% deposit as detailed on the booking form (payment method will be provided at the time of booking).
