• we were all blown away by how stunning the villa was

  I stayed in this villa with a couple of friends towards the end of 2011, we decided we wanted a break in Thailand and rather than stay in a 5* hotel decided to try a villa instead. None of us had booked anything like this and at first were a bit nervous, however at a very early stage we were put at ease by the agent who booked the villa for us.

  On arrival it's fair to say we're all blown away by how stunning the villa was, it looked exactly as it did on the website, the main living area is stunning and everything is of a very high quality, everything from the sound system that went to every room from a central location, to the state of the art kitchen, the bedrooms were all very clean and good size, and the bathrooms were very nice and the rain forest showers awesome. The outside area was also very impressive and the pool stunning. All lights/air con worked from electronic pads which was very impressive.

  Finally I would like to mention the 2 maids that we had from 8am till 5pm, they were amazing and very friendly, awesome cooks and really looked after us and could not do enough for us, one day we went out to the market with them and that was really good fun.

  Not only would I return to this villa, I would highly recommend it to anyone I know going to koh Samui, and far exceeds 5* hotel standards.

  Hi Adam/Lee,

  I would love to make some comment on Palm Tara as we have a lovely holiday there. The villa was just the same as we saw on the website which was very comforting. The views were spectacular being right on the beach. We really appreciated the car rental thing as you deliver the car at the door and pick it up when we return it. The only one thing was the food which was a bit too oily for our liking but all in all we had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. Hope to see you soon in the nearest future.

• Palm Tara exceeded every expecation

  Palm Tara exceeded every expecation. The villa was beautifully designed and maintained, exactly as the website photos showed. On top of that our two maids offered friendly, attentive but unobstructive service, from poolside BBQ to thai cooking lessons. The management team were reliable and accessible, both before and during our stay.

  The location in Bangrak offered peace and quiet away from Chaweng - the beach which was at our doorstep was perfect for morning strolls, although perhaps less so for swimming it was close to boat piers.

  We would return again and again, and have no hesitations in recommending Palm Tara or Luxury Villa Samui.
