Villa Orchid has three bedrooms, all with King size Beds, fresh linen and towels awaiting your arrival.
The kitchen is open planned with a huge sitting room with high ceilings overlooking the decking and pool. There is a big TV with satellite and DVD and radio. Wi Fi is also available.
All bedrooms have an air conditioning, blinds and curtains, chester drawers, wardrobes or hanging space. All bedrooms lead onto a bathroom where you have a shower and washbasin and toilet with fan and windows. The master bedroom overlooks the front decking and the pool. The other two bedrooms overlook the back of the house.
The Villa has its' own automatic gate and bamboo fence with tropical plants surrounding giving a lovely feeling of privacy. The Villa sits up slightly on a hill overlooking a valley landscape with no buildings.
The Pool is private with salt water and has a jacuzzi. There are plenty of sunbed lounges and outdoor furniture for outside dining. If you like to listen to music the outside is equipped with outdoor speakers.
The maid service will come to the Villa three times a day (unless you don't want) and the garden and pool is checked once a day.

| The Villa is between Bophut Fishing Village and The Laughing Buddha Statue and market. It is very near the pier that the boats leave to the other islands. The Villa is inland off the main ring road that leads around Koh Samui. To walk from the ring road would take ten mins. There is a beach on the other side of the ring road where plenty of boutique hotels are situated. Bophut Village is a five mins. drive from the Villa and has plenty of coffee shops, shopping and excellent restaurants with beautiful views over looking the sea. There are restaurants and bars dotted along the ring road which would take 10 mins. walk to get to. There is a small Shop which sells the bare essentials at the bottom of the lane where the Villa is situated. Next door to this is a restaurant that cooks local food. Great for takeaway to take home! In fact there are places to to buy food all along the inland road to the villa. Where the inland road meets the ring road there is a seven eleven. This acts as a good land mark for the inland road to get to the Villa. However be careful as allot of Seven Elevens have popped up! If you turn right on the inland road from the villa then first right, you will eventually arrive on the other side of the ring road where you will find a huge (HUGE) Tesco. This is excellent to stock up for the week or two. Otherwise you will enjoy finding your way around the Island. There are some lovely places along the coast to visit, beaches, Spa's, Massage places, restaurants and Sunset cocktail bars! Of course if you have come for the full moon parties and the tourist area's then you are five mins. away from Chaweng and very near the pier for the boats to take you to the full moon party in Koh Phangan but far enough away to be out of the tourist market and private. |

Cancellation Policy Reservation will be cancelled automatically (with loss of deposit) if balance payment is not made within 48 hours of due date. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking. Cancellation Insurance is recommended. Refunds are not provided due to delayed arrivals. However if you would prefer to pay a 30% (which is non refundable) and then the remainder within 45 days of the booking this is also acceptable. A 10,000 Baht deposit is also required on arrival and paid to our local contact. Payment is returned in full on departure once the Villa is checked for any damages. In a very rare event that there are any damages the amount will be taken from the deposit before returning the remaining balance to the customer. |
