The villa sleeps up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The 4th bed room is available at aUS$75/night up to 2 person. A daily maid cleaning service is included in the cost of the rental as with airport transfer.

Rates conditions
- Minimum stay of 3 nights during standard season, 5 nights during high season, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 14 nights.
- Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
- Airport transfer Complimentary
- Service provided: Hospitality guest executive, daily villa cleaning with housekeeper
- Includes all taxes
Other conditions and information
- 50% deposit at booking, balance at 4 weeks before arrival date. Rate is for resisted guests (maximum 6) only.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights, 14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 7 nights for Chinese new year, Easter and Songkran
- Rate include free airport pick (once) and airport drop off (once)
- Cancellation – more than 6 weeks prior arrival date, forfeiture of the deposit. Less than 4 week prior arrival date full cost.
- It is the condition of the booking that the entire party who rent the villa is fully covered by comprehensive travel insurance (include cancellation, flight delay, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (include local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage) of their own.
- The villa owner/management is not responsible to the renter and party for any loss, expense, damage, accidents claims or injury related to the use of the villa facilities inside or outside the villa or locally procured third party service ( such as watercraft, waterspouts, jeep or motorbike rental etc).
- The owner/management are not responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside the owner/management’ control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government etc.
