After many years of being frustrated at the increase in price for a family break during school holidays we decided on a flat rate of just £85.00 (or US$165.-) per night, for the 52weeks of the year!
So if you do have children you need not feel penalized for not taking your children out of school in term time. Alternatively if you do not have children our flat rate of £85.00 per night is very competitive and good value for money in this lovely Thai villa.
Booking conditions
- A security deposit of £150 (or US$ 300) will be requested to cover any breakages or phone use. This will be returned minus deductions for any breakages, after your holiday.
- Payments are:
- A non-refundable 30% deposit within 7 days after booking
- balance 6 weeks before occupancy.
- Discounts are available for long term rentals – please contact us
- Although a safe is provided at the villa valuables are left at your own risk
- No camping is permitted in the property grounds, and only registered guests may stay at the villa.
The cancellation policy
- In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of this villa.
