Fantastic villa, can not fault the staff

Value: this is a luxury holiday/villa, therefore the value/cost should not to be expected. Obviously hotels are less expensive but if you are looking for luxury with a number of your family, ideal vacation if you can share the costs.
Location: proximity to Chaweng fabulous, although a driver or car would in hindsight have been handy. I rate the villa as a 9 not 10 due to proximity to the villa next door, too close as their music was too loud all during the night until 5am particularly for the last 3 nights of our stay.
Staff: cannot fault the staff, fantastic, helpful, resourceful, appreciated all their help. The reason for 9 score is it would be useful to know the staff hours, we were unsure of when they were available in the afternoons or when they would not be around, perhaps a roster of time information would be useful.
Property: Fantastic villa, views amazing, each bedroom could benefit from a small fridge to keep cold water and all TV’s did not work (although we did not want to watch whilst on holiday would be nice to have it working). Again due to villa next door being too close and too noisy this is why I have rated a 9.
Dining*: great food breakfast, lunch or dinner, however need to shop around and try new places each night. The Chef’s meals were excellent.
