Free transport from and to airport
Minimum stay of 3 days
Rates are incl. 10% service charge, incl. 7% VAT
Minimum stay between 22 December and 5 January is 7 nights

Conditions

A US$200 deposit may be payable to the villa owner/manager on arrival, to be held until departure, against breakages or damages, and any bills for additional services
An initial deposit of 2 (two) nights is required when availability is confirmed
Outstanding balance is due to be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival
If booking is within 30 days of the arrival, the full rental fee of the Villa shall be due upon confirmation of the availability
Rates will be charged in Thai Baht, based on the prevailing rate on the check in date.

Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing.

The 2 nights deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation anytime after the reservation is confirmed, no-show or early departure
If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Please consult the villa owners/management in such a case
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the Villa owners/management.
