Bookings are subject to 7% tax

Children under 12 stay free of charge
All rates are based on 2 persons, each extra person will be charged THB800++/day (this includes breakfast)
Credit cards are subject to a 3% bank service charge
A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking
Free airport pick up and drop off (it is possible to arrange pick up and drop off to other locations on the Island please ask for details)
Sandalwood is not responsible for losses. We suggest Guests lock valuables in their room's safety box

Payment Conditions

Initial deposit of 30% of the Villa when availability is confirmed.
Outstanding balance at least 30 days before the day of arrival.
If booking is within 30 days of the arrival, the whole rental fee of the Villa/Apartment shall be due upon confirmation of the availability.
Rates will be charged in Thai Baht, based on the prevailing rate on the check in date.

Cancellation Conditions

Low Season 14 days before arrival date
High Season 21 days before arrival date
Peak Season 28 days before arrival date
Failure to give adequate notice will result in the loss of deposit
