Booking Conditions:

Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights for peak season)
Rates include all taxes and service charges
Airport shuttle for our guests of SamuiSabai at no extra charge
An initial deposit of 30% is required when availability is confirmed
Outstanding amounts are due latest 30 days prior to arrival.
For last minute bookings (less than 30days prior to arrival) the full amount is due to
be paid when availability is confirmed
Booking is confirmed after receipt of deposit which is non-refundable

Cancellation Conditions:

30 days and more prior to arrival:except the deposit the full amount will be refunded. The deposit can be credited for another stay within nine month from the cancelled arrival date. The deposit can also be assigned to a third party.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: the full rental payment is forfeited
