Booking is confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit to be made promptly due to high volume of enquiries
The balance of your booking must be paid locally in Thai Baht upon arrival. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out below.
Guests are responsible for arranging at the time of booking personal and medical travel insurance.
A separate contract will enter into application with the management company

Full payment will be required for any cancellation within 30 days prior to departure
