Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy Specific Cancellation policy In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded. However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing. Once the final balance is received – 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses. Insurance The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities.
