Nirvana Villa is a private and exclusive 900m2 residence. Close your eyes and imagine it, nestling in a tropical garden, 200m above sea level, spread out on three levels. It is ideally situated on the Koh Samui Island in the Taling Gnam area, baptised the “Beverly Hills of Thailand”. (Samui-Panghan Real Estate Magazine – February 2007 edition) Now open you eyes, your view of the Marine National Park is breathtaking.
There are 7 luxurious suites in the villa that can welcome up to 14 guests. You and your friends will be indulged by a team of six persons, constantly available. Their mission is to make your dreams come true. This is an all inclusive formula. Everything is included in your package. The meals prepared by our Thai Chef (Thai and Western specialities), beverages (cocktails, alcohol, beer, soft drinks, fruit juice, shakers…), the room's mini-bar, the room service, the concierge…
The pool and the large Jacuzzi allow for over 60m2 of aquatic games on various levels and a wet bar. A large terrace borders the pool, inviting you to relax and sunbathe on the deck chairs and beds made especially for optimal comfort. There is a large exterior lounge to shelter in the shade, allowing to pursue the evening in a most idyllic atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by a natural tropical garden. A magical fountain invites you to dream while the heady fragrance of exotic flowers is all around you.
A concierge is at your disposal to organise all your land or sea excursions, book restaurants, a barbecue on the beach, the best spot during Full Moon Parties, fishing, diving, but also a baby sitter service, washing, cooking lessons, yoga, Thai boxing.

FLOWER SUITE & JACUZZI
Is your spirit stirred by flowers? The Flower Suite is for you. Over 50m2 on the main level near the pool. The view on the marine park and its islands is breathtaking. A jacuzzi is bubbling at the foot of the bed.
The decoration is by artist Nigsun Chareonsean. Style: Lanna.
BUDDHA SUITE & JACUZZI
Zen dominates the Buddha Suite. Over 50m2 on the main level near the pool. An unbelievable view of the marine park and its islands awaits you. A Jacuzzi is set at the foot of the bed, in front of the French windows. The decoration is made from a collection of statues and representations of Buddha by several sculptors of the Chiang Maï area in northern Thailand.
GRAND VIEW SUITE
If it's a breathtaking panorama you are looking for then book the Grand View Suite. About 40m above sea level on the first floor. The view over the marine park and the tropical garden surrounding the villa is incredible. An XXL terraced bath separates the King Size bed and the semi-open bathroom.
RED MASTER SUITE
It's the biggest suite of the villa. The Red Master Suite offers over 80m2 on the first floor. It includes a separate lounge and bedroom along with two bathrooms together with showers. You may welcome all the guests of the villa in your lounge, equipped with the latest technology and connected to the cinema. A second double bed can be set up in the lounge. The colour red dominates. The decoration is by artist Sawanee of Hangdong. Chinese style and Zen atmosphère.
JUNGLE SUITE
You could be alone in the world. It's the feeling you get in the Jungle Suite. Over 60m2 in a bungalow outside the main building. Nestled amongst palm trees and offering loads of intimacy. You reach it by a romantic lane through the tropical garden with its exotic flowers and their powerful scent. You will enjoy of a large private terrace with view. The open roof bathroom and its bath set under the stars is a jewel unto itself. A second exotic terrace is situated under the bungalow. The decoration is made from elephant sculptures, bamboo and fine wood.

Cancellation Policy Deposit is Non refundable Cancellation by the guest The cancellation of all or part of the reservation must be notified in writing (email accepted). The cancellation will enter into force upon receipt. Cancellations fees: 60 days prior to arrival date: reimbursement of the whole instalment 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date: we keep the instalment During the 30 days prior to arrival date: the entire amount is owed less the 10% service fee. These cancellation fees are also applicable if case of non payment of the instalment. Cancellation or modification by Nirvana Villa: In the unlikely event of a cancellation or modification of your reservation, you would be notified as soon as possible. If for a reason independent of our will Nirvana Villa should not be able to welcome guests we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example: if the property is damaged or rendered inhabitable by any kind of event. If this were to be the case, you would be entirely reimbursed. | Rates Exclude * Car rental * Activities Payment Terms Reservation request: As soon as the reservation is received, the fare and the amount of the deposit will be confirmed according to the dates requested. The reservations will be made according the “first arrived, first served” method, and will have to adapt to possible date constraints. The reservation will be confirmed once the initial instalment is made. Initial Instalment: A 50% initial instalment of the total price must be paid before the reservation is confirmed and for the agreement to take force. Once the dates, price and general conditions are agreed upon, a five day period will be available for payment. It the payment is not made during this period the reservation may be cancelled and awarded to a third person. Cancellations fees may occur as mentioned in paragraph 2. We will not accept any payment before having sent the invoice resulting from a request for reservation. In the case of a payment made prior to the receipt of the invoice, and related to a cancelled reservation, the money will be returned less the bank transfer fees. Settling of the balance The settlement of the balance must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the payment is not made by the date mentioned on the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to pass on the fees. If the reservation is made as a last minute, less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment is due at once. Security deposit A 500 € deposit is requested when you settle the balance in the case of expenses due to possible damage, missing objects etc… The deposit will be entirely reimbursed after the final check if nothing particular is observed. In the case of any damage, or if any referenced object is missing, the entirety of the cost will be your responsibility. The person signing the contract is responsible for the whole group he is with. |
