Daily Rental Rates

Special rate of 100Euros per person per night (children under 12 free) from June 10 to August 31

Rates all all inclusive of airport transfer, drinks (incl cocktails & beers), meals, concierge service, car with or without driver (gasoline not included)

10% service fees are to be added to the price.
Free of charge for children up to 12 years old (max. 4 children).
3 days minimum for the low and high season.
7 days minimum for the Christmas & New Year season.
The price includes all beverages (except wine & champagne), food, the service, 30 minutes massage per person (to enjoy within the first 24 hours) and local transportation to and from the airport..

Booking procedure

Reservation request:
As soon as the reservation is received, the fare and the amount of the deposit will be confirmed according to the dates requested. The reservations will be made according the “first arrived, first served” method, and will have to adapt to possible date constraints. The reservation will be confirmed once the initial instalment is made.
Initial Instalment:
A 50% initial instalment of the total price must be paid before the reservation is confirmed and for the agreement to take force. Once the dates, price and general conditions are agreed upon, a five day period will be available for payment. It the payment is not made during this period the reservation may be cancelled and awarded to a third person.
Cancellations fees may occur as mentioned in paragraph 2.
We will not accept any payment before having sent the invoice resulting from a request for reservation. In the case of a payment made prior to the receipt of the invoice, and related to a cancelled reservation, the money will be returned less the bank transfer fees.
Settling of the balance
The settlement of the balance must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the payment is not made by the date mentioned on the invoice, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to pass on the fees.
If the reservation is made as a last minute, less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the payment is due at once.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the guest
The cancellation of all or part of the reservation must be notified in writing (email accepted). The cancellation will enter into force upon receipt.
Cancellations fees:
60 days prior to arrival date: reimbursement of the whole instalment 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date: we keep the instalment
During the 30 days prior to arrival date: the entire amount is owed less the 10% service fee.
These cancellation fees are also applicable if case of non payment of the instalment.
Cancellation or modification by Nirvana Villa:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or modification of your reservation, you would be notified as soon as possible. If for a reason independent of our will Nirvana Villa should not be able to welcome guests we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example: if
the property is damaged or rendered inhabitable by any kind of event. If this were to be the case, you would be entirely reimbursed.

Final check and security deposit

A 500 € deposit is requested when you settle the balance in the case of expenses due to possible damage, missing objects etc…
The deposit will be entirely reimbursed after the final check if nothing particular is observed.
In the case of any damage, or if any referenced object is missing, the entirety of the cost will be your responsibility. The person signing the contract is responsible for the whole group he is with.

Traditions & habits

In general, appropriate conduct and respect of the traditions and habits is requested. If there should be inappropriate conduct, violation of the law or any other event endangering the guests, the staff, material or the building, we reserve the right to break the contract with immediate effect, to alert the local authorities and to ask you to leave without any delay or compensation.

Prices

The prices mentioned here above are per day (except otherwise specified), in Euros and without taxes.The prices mentioned only apply to the number of guests specified in the invoice. The signatory agrees to comply with this limit. Only the persons mentioned on the reservation are allowed to stay in the villa.
Only Nirvana Villa, through its manager, is able to give additional services, upon the guests’ requests.

Check in & out time

Check in is at 15.00 hours on arrival day.
Check out is at 12.00 on the last day of your stay.
However allowances will be made in order to accommodate our guests’ departure times depending on the availability of Nirvana Villa, without any extra charge.

Complaints

Despite the attention we have for the maintenance, we are not liable for power or water cuts, or problems with the filter system. All complaints must be made in writing no later than 24 hours after the incident occurs.
In general, all complaints must be made in writing and within 24 hours (emails accepted).
