All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax. The
rates are quoted in THB (Thai Baht) per room per night including
breakfast. - Maximum Capacities of rooms:
2BR Pool Villa – Maximum 4 person 3BR Pool Villa – Maximum 6 person Special bed set up can be arranged in the villas for children under 12 years old on request
- Pool Villas are fully equipped, private and luxury multi level homes with Kitchen, 2 living and dinning areas and two or three separate bedrooms with king bed and private bath. Each private Villa feature its own individual pool facing the ocean.
Minimum Nights of Stay requested during the festive Season (Dec 23–Jan 06) is 10 nights. Airport Transfer 2-4 pax: one way THB 825.-, round trip THB 1,650.-Check in time is 2:00 pm |Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Day ChargesLate check out up until 6:00 pm is subject to a charge of 50% of the existing rate. Late check out after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional night at the full rate. Day use is outside allocation and is on a request basis pending space availability.
Cancellation PolicyFor Low Season: No cancellation charge if cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights of accommodation will be charged. For High Season: No cancellation charge if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 3 nights of accommodation will be charged. For Peak Season: No cancellation charge if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee for the whole reservation will be charged. Cancellation fees will not be contingent on the Hotel’s occupancy for the reserved period.
No Show Policy:Shorten of stay:The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to the afore mentioned Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy.
Pre-Payment:Unless prior credit arrangements have been made with Hotel, the Hotel requires full pre-payment prior to guest arrival, for each room according to the cancellation policy. If any discrepancies between the Hotel confirmation and the pre-payment occur at checking time at the Hotel the Guest will be solely responsible for the extra payment due.
Payment and Credit Terms:Payment must be made in full upon confirmation of booking and failure to comply with this procedure may result in the reservation being released. All payments to the hotel must be made by telegraphic transfer only. The Hotel does not accept any responsibility for the payment of bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from the Guest's account to the Hotel’s bank. Any such fees or charges are the Guest’s sole responsibility and cannot be deducted from payments due.
