The villas at Dhevatara Residence provide guests with luxurious accommodation in a relaxed beautiful beachfront location on the Bay of Bophut on the northern coast of Koh Samui. This newly developed estate features a fine array of properties that combine understated styling with all the modern conveniences and facilities that you would only expect from a 5 star resort!
The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront. The large single story ocean front homes consist of multi living pavilions that maximize the use of space and lend a village atmosphere. Walking from the lovely entrance down the central path, lush foliage intermingling with the buildings creates a feeling of intrigue as you explore your home-away-from-home. With 3-4 pavilions per home, these hold the villas sleeping quarters with the secondary rooms towards the rear of the property and the contemporary master bedroom at the forefront together with a stylish full kitchen/dining pavilion and stepped pond over to the contemporary living room directly next to the villas large pool and Sala adjoining the beach.
Alternatively, the hillside villas that sit directly behind the beachside homes provide guests with superior views and private multi-story accommodation. These beautiful villas provide guests with privacy and space to ensure the ultimate in relaxation and conveniences. The ground level comprises the private parking area and a double bedroom and ensuite with small garden courtyard. The first level is the primary living area with a large deck surrounding the villas swimming pool with the combined kitchen/dining and living room on one side and two more bedrooms with ensuites (shower only) opposite. On the second and top level sits the large master bedroom. This room has a small sitting area and sizeable ensuite with bathtub that has views to die for!

| Located on the North coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from Koh Samui's International Airport; 5 min drive from the Bophut's Fisherman Village and its restaurants and nightlife. In the Summer low tide season the reef may dry for up to 100m, this opens the beach and reef up to all sorts of other activities such as beach volleyball, football or simply exploring the rock pools and collecting shellfish, a safe and ideal exciting activity for children. |

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
