Constanza-Boutique Resort, Your Dream Holiday Destination on Koh Samui. Our goal at Constanza is to provide our guest with Spacious & Comfortable accommodation, at a Realistic & Affordable cost.

Constanza is situated within the Coconut Palms at the northern end of Chaweng beach, Koh Samui's premier holiday destination.

Our Prime & Central location offers our guest an idyllic, quiet, & relaxing holiday environment, allowing easy access to both the airport (3km-5mins by car), & all the restaurants, night-spots & facilities Chaweng centre has to offer (1.5km 2mins by taxi pick-up, 10mins walking).

Terraced design & following the natural contour of the land, Constanza enjoys a gently sloping hill-side aspect, only 250 meters from one of Koh Samui's most beautiful & popular beaches.

The central feature of the Constanza complex is an Ocean Blue, Free-form Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi, bordered by luxurious tropical plants, natural rock features & gardens. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the Poolside Bar, open daily. A welcome rest-bite for the weary traveller.

Constanza is comprised of five, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment having its own balcony/terrace overlooking the poolside terrace & rock gardens.

All apartments are spacious & tastefully decorated with wood fittings & fixtures incorporating local arts & crafts, which reflect the relaxing atmosphere Island-life, has to offer.

Apartments are fitted with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV and/or satellite TV, hair- dryer & mini-bar facility.

Each apartment has a breakfast bar,allowing our guest the opportunity to enjoy a light snack or beverage 24 hours a day (in the interests of safety, cookers are not fitted). All apartments are equipped with: a large refrigerator with mini-bar, toaster, kettle, crockery etc., for our guest use.

Due to our intimate size & the close proximity of Chaweng's many excellent & varied restaurants, Constanza has no restaurant, however, we do offer a full menu on a "room service" basis.

Penthouse Apt' ( 150 m2 floor area )
The ‘Penthouse Apt, 150 m2’ has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has both a double & a single bed so is suitable for two people sharing. There is a large living area with a 42” plasma TV& multi region DVD player and a huge terrace (15m x 3m) overlooking the pool.

Deluxe - Double Apartment - Loft-Bedroom (105 m2 floor area)
The ‘Deluxe Double Apt, 105 m2’ has two bedrooms/three bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom is on the mezzanine floor with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has both a double & a single bed so is suitable for two people sharing, both bedrooms have TV & DVD player. On the ground floor there is a third bathroom and a kitchenette/living area with a 28” wide screen TV & multi region DVD player and a terrace.

Deluxe - Double Twin Apartment (90 m2 floor area)
The ‘Deluxe Double Twin Apt, 90 m2’ has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, both bedrooms have a double & a single bed so is suitable for people sharing. There is a kitchenette/living area with a 32” widescreen tv & multiregion DVD player and a large terrace (9m x 3m) with direct access to the pool.Breakfast BarLarge refrigerator (with mini-bar), toaster, kettle, crockery etc. Deluxe Double - Loft-Bedroom (63 m2 floor area)Loft bedroom Double bed, minstrel gallery leading to upper balcony. Deluxe Double Room (36 m2 floor area)
The ‘Deluxe Double Room, 36 m2’ has the bedroom area on a slightly raised floor with a tv & DVD player. The lower part has a sofa which can be used as an additional bed if required and there is a terrace immediately in front of the room.

Deluxe Double Room (45 m2 floor area)
The ‘Deluxe Double Room, 45 m2’ has an open plan layout, the bedroom area has a king size bed , the living area has a sofa and a chaise lounge with a 32” LCD TV and multi region DVD player. There is a terrace (4m x 3m) with a garden view.

The ‘Delux Double Loft Room, 63 m2’ has the bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine floor with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, the bedroom has a tv & DVD player. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom and a kitchenette/living area with a 28” widescreen tv & multiregion DVD player and a terrace.
