Daily Rates

from 3,500 Baht - 5,000 Baht (Peak Season, Dec -15 / Jan-15)

Monthly Rates

Minimum stay of 1 month from 50,000 Baht with special rates for long term rental
Please note that Monthly Rates exclude electric

Rental conditions

Minimum three night stay
Peak Season minimum ten night stay
Each Villa Sleeps max 4 persons

Terms & Conditions

A security deposit will be applicable, refundable on departure
A copy of the guest's passport or ID card will be required
All payments/rents made in advance as per agreement
No alterations or works or decoration to be carried out on the villas without written consent from the Owner's
Any damage or breakages in the villas will be charged for at the replacement value
The Guest agrees to keep noise to a sensible level and consideration for other villa guests
Any valuables left at the property are the guest's sole responsibility. The owners can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal property
Safety. Please take care with the swimming pool and supervise any Children for their Safety. The Owners will not be held responsible for any personal injury or death on the property
Clean Sheets will be provided every third day for Guests on Daily Rates only
Gardening and Pool maintenance will be provided free for Guests on Daily Rates only. These services can be provided for long term guests for an additional cost

Reservation & Refunds

All Reservations to be paid with in 14 days to confirm booking
A refund will only be applicable (Less 10% Admin fee) if the booking is cancelled in writing within 90 days prior to arrival
if the booking is cancelled in writing within with 45 days only 50% of the total paid will be refunded
If the reservation is cancelled within 44 days of the arrival date, any Refunds are at the sole discretion of the management
