Policies
- Rates exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% local tax

- Fresh linen every 3 days, towels as needed

- Additional services can be provided at commercial charge for car hire, transportation, tours and trips, flights and chef service

- Reduced prices for late promotions & long-term rents, at the discretion of the owners.

Cancellation and amendment to reservation
- If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Magical must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
- The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa for Standard and Peak Seasons:
30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credit can be given for 9 month from the date of the cancellation by the Owner. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf to the same maximum number of people during this period and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
Christmas and New Year Period bookings: All rental payments are forfeited.
Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our villa Manageress on Koh Samui.
