Ban Suriya, translated as "The Sunshine House", sits on the peaceful Lipa Noi Beach with its white sand, tranquil sea and wonderful views of Angthong Marine Park and stunning sunsets.
Ban Suriya is a contemporary style villa with Thai and Asian touches. The Villa is almost exclusively white, in contrast with the use of vibrant colours in accents. It is undoubtedly a stylish person's paradise.
Built on 3,200 sqm of expansive beachfront land, the villa features superb tropical gardens and sleeps up to 14 in 6 bedrooms. The accommodation comprises a large main living, 6 bedrooms with en-suites, and a games room and fitness annex.
There us a 19 metre pool, Jacuzzi, a separate shallow plunge pool which is ideal for kids, and of course direct access to the white sandy beach and tranquil sea. There is also an outdoor movie screen and a tree house, with a massage sala and elevated sunset deck, at the beachfront.
You are spoilt for choice when considering where to relax. Miles of white sand beach, the tree house at the beachfront, the garden hammocks and expansive lawn, the sundecks by the pools outside; and inside; the library, TV room, games room and mezzanine lounge, ensure you can enjoy as much or as little sun, and privacy, as you choose. The in-house spa and 2 dedicated massage areas will also leave you thoroughly pampered during your stay.
Once you are completely relaxed there is no limit to the entertainment options within the villa. There is a newly installed outdoor movie screen, an iMac with iTunes and iPod dock to play tunes on BOSE speakers in the main villa, by the pool and down the beach. There is also a swim up bar, poolside BBQ, a sunset bar and pool table on the mezzanine terrace, and a sunset deck at the tree house. There are multiple dining options – in the main villa, by the pool, in the gardens or candlelit on the beach - making this the perfect villa to celebrate special occasions with a group of friends. With the pool, the beach, the garden and the tree house to enjoy; plus Playstation, Nintendo Wii, table football, table tennis and numerous board games to choose from; this is also a perfect spot for kids and a family vacation.
Each of the 6 bedrooms possesses a different theme and outlook. There are 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with additional pull out beds. Additional cots can be provided free of charge for young children.
The wave bedroom is detached from the main villa and set on the beachfront lawn, featuring an outdoor shower room and direct beach access.
The shell bedroom is ideal for kids and is in the annex with the games room and gym. It has twin beds with 2 roll out beds and an en-suite bath and shower room.
The other 4 bedrooms are in 2 separate pavilions, each with their own en-suite bath/shower rooms. The silver bedroom enjoys great sea views and is supplemented by a lounge area, free standing bath and private garden. The butterfly bedroom is next to the silver bedroom and opens on to the main pool deck. The aqua and peacock bedrooms are also adjoining double bedrooms and open on to the 19m pool and Jacuzzi. Each of the 6 bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with TVs, DVDs, I pod speakers, hair dryers, safes, slippers and robes.
The main living villa offers a fully equipped modern kitchen for the in-house chef and opens on to a large dining area, which comfortably seats 12. The library is the perfect area to keep an eye on the pool through the underwater window; and the air conditioned TV room is ideal to catch up on your viewing with a selection of literally hundreds of DVDs. There is a bar area with a well-stocked win fridge under the feature cantilever stairs. The luxury mezzanine lounge has an office area with I Mac, and a terrace with a sunset bar and pool table. There is also a dedicated spa room for in-house treatments.
The fitness room is air conditioned and equipped with weights, fit balls, crunch, yoga mats, rowing machine, stepper, bike and boxing. It has direct access to a shower and WC and opens to the plunge pool deck.
The Villa has four full time staff and a chef, who are on call to ensure your stay is perfect in every way.
