They were amazing - Jul was especially fantastic???
From SVH side it was all stunning, Jul & other lady were really friendly & helpful, their cooking was lovely, and everything was really perfect. The staff were excellent and I think that is probably due to the house-manager, Jul, who was extremely efficient in every way.
She checked everything with us first, prompted us when needed eg to order menus for the following day! She totally took on board the wedding preparations, understanding that we were all a bit frenetic but reminded us when breakfast and lunch would be served etc - all minor things yet very important to keep everyone feeling good and relaxed.
She handled the visiting hairdressers, masseuse, florists, caterers, etc and the wedding planner (NOT to be recommended or associated with Ban Sairee if possible!) and made sure that the rules of the house were kept. She ordered taxis, changed a flight, ......and she has a great sense of humour. Her command of English, western culture and humour was also good.
She was respectful and was respected in return. Her staff were quiet, pleasant and efficient and they all seemed to work well as a team.
