Rates general conditions- Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran) and the Summer Peak Season
- Rates shown are for a maximum of 4 (four) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night (including breakfast)
- Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
- Airport transfer US$30 per way (plus Tax) for a maximum of 7 persons in private mini bus or luxury car
- Baby cot provided free of charge
- Rates include daily Continental breakfast
- For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests
Bonus Nights- Applicable from May 15 – June 30th and Sept 15 – Dec 14th
- Pay for a minimum of 5 to 9 nights and receive 2 additional free nights
- Pay for a minimum of 10 nights and receive 3 additional free nights
- Intermediate Season and Full Occupancy Rates are applicable for this promotion
- Can not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or preferred rate or reduced occupancy rate
"Early Bird" Reservation
This incentive is applicable for reservations made more than 4 month (120 days) prior to arrival date: - 5% discount on rates
- Not applicable in Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and for Bonus Night Promotion
- Can be cumulated with free night promotion
- Guests needs to specify "Early Bird" in the booking reference
- Normal payment conditions applicable
Cancellation Conditions
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: - 30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by SVH reservation department. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. - Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Thailand Villas.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui. - Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.
