Dear Marc, Ban Haad Sai far exceeded our expectations! It was everything and much much more than we'd hoped for. The staff was excellent and we were looked after 100%. As we had a large group, taxis ordered for us any time we wished. Although it was very easy to just flag one down out the front as well. They would also organise day trips for us with many different suggestions due to their local knowledge. Some of the best meals we had were cooked by our own chefs at Ban Haad Sai. The menu was huge with every Thai dish imaginable plus yummy Italian options. We had some great meals on the deck and didn't have to lift a finger. In fact we jokingly got in trouble if we did. We also found an Italian restaurant, Villa Bianca, in Fisherman's Village only 5 minutes away. It has THE best home-made gnocchi in the world! Also, the pizza place across the road was good too. Certain nights of the week there are night markets on in different locations. A lot of fun and Am (our main staff member) will guide you where and when. The whole villa was perfect. Large kitchen area. huge comfortable living areas and each bedroom stunningly decorated, serviced twice a day with little extra touches like fresh orchids and oil burners. We all decided we would rather live there than in our own homes, which made it torturous to leave. The pool was great to as it was shaded by the palm trees for most of the day...good for the little kids. As for spas, we got all out massages, foot scrubbs, foot massages etc nearby. It seems you can't go wrong...they all spoil you, and so cheap! Our only mistake was taking out family of 13 to a beautiful big resort for dinner. It cost a fortune and the food was no better than in the villa or a local restaurant. That's about it. Cheers, Tessoct 02-08 2004

My husband & I got to Koh Samui to be met by AM who is at Ban Haad Sai Villas - she and her staff ARE GREAT!!! The villa (Dixon s Deck) was wonderful - clean & spacious - it can accomondate 6 comfortable, with sleeping areas in the main house too.
And who can beat the pool AND being there on the beach? The weather was really rainy, but being in the villa and getting massages (practically every day) made us forget the rain!
Am & her staff cooked dinner for us (party of 5) one nite - which was DELICIOUS!! Enough for leftovers for a day too!
For sure, when we go back, we ll stay there again and hope to bring other friends along to fill up the other villa, Terry s Terrace! T

Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in Koh Samui over the Easter holiday.
The house was wonderful and the staff was not only accommodating, but lovely, happy people at all times.
It was difficult to leave.

My wife and I have just returned to Atlanta after spending two weeks in paradise, also known as Ban Haad Sai Villa. Our experience with your staff was extraordinary.
Yes the villa is beautiful, but it was the wonderful smiling faces of Am, Ya, Op and Mai every day that made the experience one we will never forget.
Every request was met with the same response: ' ... certainly Sir. Is there anuthing else you need?...' and always those bright smiling faces!
I don't think we will ever have a better vacation.
