"Besser als im Hotel"

Villa Baan Tan Ta Wan März-April 2009 Wir haben den ganzen Kontakt über email abgewickelt, dabei ist uns bereits aufgefallen wie freundlich und schnell unsere Anfragen beantwortet wurden. Dies war einer der Gründe für unsere Entscheidung zu Gunsten von Samran Gardens. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dann bei der Ankunft noch übertroffen. Am Flughafen in Koh Samui erwartete uns ein neuer Bus mit Fahrer und Namensschild. Bei der Ankunft im Haus dann Alles bereit, sogar die bestellten Zutaten für das Frühstück, einfach toll. Automieten ist dringend zu empfehlen, da die Anlage zum Glück abseits der lauten Hauptstrasse liegt, dafür sind Taxis schwer zu erreichen. Die grossen Supermakets sind in ca 15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bieten fast Alles. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird von Stuart und seinem Team vorzüglich verwaltet. Gartenpflege und Poolservice sind inbegriffen, sowie Hausreinigung und Wäschewechsel jeden dritten Tag. Wir, zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleine Kinder, haben den Pool im eigenen Garten vor dem Haus sehr genossen. Das gleiche gilt für das Essen. Das Angebot an Restaurants ist sehr gross, auch hier hat Stuart gut Tips, aber mit Kinder ist es zu Hause am einfachsten und gemütlichsten. Alle helfen mit, dann macht es sogar Spass. Für uns ist das die beste Art Familienferien zu verbringen. Besser als im Hotel, denn wir hatten viel mehr Platz, unsere eigenen vier Wände und konnten auch den Tagesablauf selber bestimmen. Mit dem Team um Stuart und seiner Frau sind beste Voraussetzungen für super Ferien gegeben. Allerdings sind englisch Grundkenntnisse dringend zu empfehlen. Villa Baan Tan Ta Wan March – April 2009 We have taken out the whole booking process via email. In doing so, we already noticed how friendly and quick our enquiries were answered. That is one of the reasons that we decided to book at Samran Gardens. Our expectations were even exceeded on arrival. A bus with a driver holing a sign with our names was waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived at the house, everything was waiting for us, even the ordered groceries for our breakfast – just great! It is highly recommended to rent a car, since the site is luckily far enough away from the main road, and therefore taxis are hard to get. The big supermarkets that nearly offer anything can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The site is very well looked after and is being managed by Stuart and his team in an excellent way. Gardening service and pool maintenance are included, as well as house cleaning and laundry service every three days. We, two adults and two little kids, really enjoyed the pool and garden right in front of our house. The same goes for the food. The variety of restaurants is very big. Stuart recommended a few good places. Nevertheless, with children it is the easiest and most comfortable to eat at home. Everybody gets to help - then it can even be a lot of fun! For us, it’s the best way to spend a family holiday. Better than in a hotel because we had much more space, it was like being at home and we could plan our day according to our wishes. the villa was just perfect!

This was our 1 st visit to Samui. We have two young children aged 5 & 7, so obviously were slightly apprehensive about what the villa would be like. Well the villa was just perfect. The pool and gardens were great, fully equipped kitchen etc, small problem with the pool at first but fixed straight away. Although there are a number of villas you have total privacy & the whole estate is beautifully kept. The small residents gym is great for a quick workout. The drive up to Samran Gardens is about a mile up a small concrete road, so you really need your own transport. The location though is great as the local beach is only a 5 min drive.

Overall we could not fault our stay we had an excellent time.

I am only too happy to share my lovely holiday experience at the Baan Tan Ta Wan villa, it was perfect for me and my party as it combined luxury,freedom and privacy .
I would certainly recommend it and would definately go back!

I was a great pleasure to be staying at Samran Gardens over the Christmas period once again. We thoroughly enjoy the excellent accomodation Baan Tan Ta Wan provides and the personal service to match.
We particularly enjoy the quiet garden which is a great place to relax and, of course the pool, to cool down!
We look forward to staying at Samran again later in the year and we shall be in touch with you as soon as we have sorted out dates.

Hi Stuart Many thanks for your email. You are not going to believe this but when I emptied one of the cases there was the camera entangled in some clothes!!!!! How it got there will always be one of life s mysteries. We had a fabulous stay in Samui and the Baan Tan Ta Wan villa.
The pool & gardens and jeep made the holiday. I can t think of any negative comments everything was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable, loved the double sink in the en suite, loved having the kitchen equipment the use of the laundry room, if anything I would suggest more sun loungers. The weather was perfect, loved the restaurants, beach and easy way of life can you tell we re hooked and would love to return one day.
We also appreciated the airport pick up. All our flights were on time and can t believe we are back in cold wet and windy Newcastle.

Will certainly recommend the villa to anyone.
