All in all great value for money

We enjoyed our stay and the villa was as decribed in the website. The booking process was extremely easy. All in all great value for money.
The property could do with the option of aircon in the main area and/or a fan in the kitchen area as this area was too hot to be in, especially at this time of year.

Thanks for the email and thank you so very much for everything. We had a great trip and were very, very happy with everything. We were delighted with the villa which was better than we had expected. This was our sixth trip to Koh Samui and I can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed. The development has a very relaxed feel to it, where we felt very welcomed and not a tourist being processed.
Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly and I think your service was fantastic. So thanks so very much for making it such a good holiday and hopefully you will still be there when we return next year.Baan Saun Holiday - 10 th - 18 th March, 2009

Thanks to you all for a great holiday in Koh Samui, the house was excellent, ideal for our family purposes, the pool and jacuzzi were so nice, the kids were never out of them, the photos were so accurate, everything we saw on them we saw when we arrived, The service and payment procedures were very good, we had nothing to worry about, I expect us to return again some day, Thaks agion, The Skellom's Stockholm, SwedenOur own piece of paradise

Easter 2009 Wow, we loved this house, it felt like our own little palace, thanks to your staff for the polite and efficient services, the villa had everything we needed and so much more, lovely bed linen, so fresh, great towels, every kitchen item needed, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine the works, you really have thought of it all, the 4 poster was a lovely touch, This is by far the best holiday home we have stayed in for many years, exactly what it says on the box and the payment procedure was so reassuring, Thanks again, Jess Lambert and Rory Stone Nelson, New ZealandMay 2009 - 14 th - 21 st

After 6 weeks in the villa, what more can we say than, can we book again ? As veteran self caterers, you must be congratulated on your service and attention to detail, everything advertised was there, ppayment was easy and relaible, the works, At last a house inventory that has been thought out by a real person, we needed nothing, tea towels in abundance (never had these before) kitchen utensils, fabulous supply of glassware, cutlery etc, crisp linen, ample towels and above all, the delight of having the villa to ourselves without constant door knocking to see if we are ok, as is often the norm in Asia, Well done and Thanks again, Derek Macyntyre New Milton Hampshire, U.K See you in the future,Baan Saun - September 2009

Hi Stuart, Thanks for a lovely weeks break in the villa, Sarah and I were so relaxed, The pool and jacuzzi are perfect and the gardens were ideal for Sarah's tanning requirements, i loved the bedrooms sizes, so spacious, superb plasma TV and great dining in and out, your previous hotel experience comes out foe sure, you have go this thing well oiled, Good job, Thanks, Will Boden Douglas, Ilse of ManThanks to you all for a lovely break

Dear Stuart, Thank you so much for making a difficult decision so easy, we were nervous of booking a do it yourself house so far away but were delighted we did, we could not have asked for more, form being picked up at the airport to the hire car arrangements, trip advise and assistance, it was a real relaxing time for us, The house was so suited to our needs also, being in our 70's, the jacuzzi was a godsend, I found the house very well laid out and had all the day to day things you need for 2 weeks, please compliment you housekeeping staff, their bed making and cleaning is the best I have seen anywhere, Thanks you and see you again we hope, Walter and Blanch Williamson Montreal, Canadala villa est magnifique

Bonjour moi et mon mari avons passer presque 3semaines la bas et nous avons été très satisfait de notre las bas la villa est sublime la résidence est magnifique on s'y sent très bien et en sécurité la résidence se trouve dans un quartier très calme et il y a tout a proximité c'est un endroit très relaxant , je le conseil a tout les couples et familles qui veulent passer des vacances en toutes intimité j'ai vraiment apprécier mon séjour et si je pourrais je reviendrais sans hésiter.
le personnel très acceuillant et nous avons été très satisfait d'eu nous remercions toute l'équipe car nous avons été plus que ravie d'avoir passer nos vacances a samran je le recommande a tout le monde vous n'aller vraiment pas etre déçu.

Have just returned from staying in Baan Saun at Samran Gardens and really enjoyed the quiet, safe and peaceful location. Stuart and Aa were very helpful and kind and we found it a haven of tranquility. As Samran Gardens is about 2km from the beach and any activity, a car is essential and Stuart and Aa took care of this, as well as changing our return air tickets and providing us with welcome advice and information. The gardens were immaculately kept and the pool was wonderful. It was helpful to have had a book in the villa with handy tips from other visitors, such as restaurants and beaches to visit and also to warn that sun loungers are difficult to find on the beach unless at a hotel complex. We ended up buying two and hopefully the next occupants will get use from them! We had a very relaxing time and, again, a huge thankyou to Stuart and Aa for making things so pleasant. I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your team for all the support while I was living in Samran Gardens.
I must compliment you on your management of the estate. At all times I found your team both friendly and efficient and the area both quiet and safe. This perfectly complimented the quality of the villas and the surrounding area.
I am sorry to have had to move back to Bangkok but I wish you all every success for the future.
