I wanted to let you know that we and our guests had a fantastic holiday at Baan Phulay.
Your staff made our holiday very special. Khun Janet greeted us at the airport and was professional, well versed in English, and had a great sense of humor - she was the perfect hostess to meet us! Khun Oh and her staff at the villa were outstanding! They greeted us with such welcoming hospitality.
All of them were professional and thoughtful throughout our stay. Our every need was anticipated - the food was the best, and made our guests new fans of Thai cuisine! Khun Oh and Khun Joom thoughtfully helped us plan our meals and shopping lists, and suggested menu items for us to try. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed everything they prepared for us. Khun Joom is an artist in the kitchen! We could not have had a more relaxing vacation. The villa compound is beautiful and serene.
Our guests were here from the US to experience Thailand, and to relax on holiday from work in the US. They had an unforgettable vacation, and your staff had so much to do with that! Thank you, and please thank Khun Oh and the staff at Baan Phulay for us!
Do you have business on other Thai islands, or just Koh Samui? We would like to use your company and services again.
Our guests, I know, will certainly tell others back in the US about your website. My husband and I will continue living in Bangkok for another 2 years, so we will be planning future holidays, and would like to use your services again.
