Baan Mali is a fully furnished family villa with its own private swimming pool, set in lush landscaped gardens.
Established 4 years ago within this quiet gated residential in the village of Maenam.
The villa provides sleeping space for up to 5 adults and 1 baby (cot with linen and high chair provided).
Sleeping arrangements comprise 2 double bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 single bedroom.
The extensive fitted European kitchen with built-in appliances incl. dishwasher, fridge/freezer and gas hob and extractor hood with electric double width oven provides full self catering facilities.
In addition to this there is a walk in utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom with soft laminate flooring and air conditioning has a walk in dressing room/wardrobe as well as an en - suite bathroom with corner bath and external, fully enclosed Bali shower.
The 2 nd and 3 rd bedrooms are serviced by a separate shower room and w.c.
ADSL (Broadband) Wireless Internet is provided free of charge and can be used throughout the villa as well as in the separate office/study with full air conditioning.
The shaded pool terrace has ceiling fans for outdoor relaxing on the sun loungers or terrace dining table set.
An outdoor W.C provides easy access from the swimming pool.
A concreted parking bay is located to the front of the property providing space for 1 vehicle. Additional parking is available outside the on site gymnasium for additional cars.

The kite-surfing school operates from this beach. ************************************************************************ Weather & Climate Thailand is fast becoming a country to be visited all year round. Koh Samui benefits from a good weather season of about 10 months of the year. The 'dry' season is generally from January till May and July through to September. Temperatures regularly reach 30 to 35 degrees till May and then 35 to 40 degrees till September with odd showers from July to September. The 'wet' season is generally from mid October to mid December when temperatures are around the 25 to 30 degree mark. November is often regarded as the 'monsoon" season, though the heavy rains that come at this time are generally only for a few hours at a time, with many days in between blessed with sunny spells. Tropical rain showers may occur late December and early January. As with all weather predictions in this ever changing world of climate irregularity, you can never be absolutely sure and the weather can catch us out but we hope this gives you a helpful guide nonetheless. (Please note, the weather predictions for Koh Samui are very different to those of Phuket and Krabi, which experience different seasons due to their location in the country). However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing. Once the final balance is received – 8 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these villas. Please note that as this villa is privately owned and not part of pool system it is not possible to change villas on arrival. ************************************************************************ Insurance The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental, etc. It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage). ************************************************************************ | Rates Exclude ************************************************************************* * Food and beverage supply (with the exception of the welcome pack) * Breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Direct payment into our Isle of Man Lloyds TSB account (an extra charge of 13.50 Pounds Sterling is applied to carry out the onward transfer to Thailand thereafter). 3.
