The large open plan living/dining area, with a large fully fitted kitchen incorporating built in appliances, provides the perfect self catering environment for a family seeking a quiet and children friendly environment.

With the wooden deck terrace with its generous range of furniture including 4 sun loungers, dining tables and chairs for up to 8 persons and a barbeque set, the spacious swimming pool can be enjoyed at all times.

Full UBC TV Satellite and Wireless ADSL Internet (personal laptop required) is provided free of charge along with full use, 7 days a week, of the fitness facilities in the on site residents gymnasium.
