Baan Fun Noi - luxury and relaxation!

Baan Fun Noi is a stylish hillside home, overlooking Chaweng bay, with stunning sea and sunrise views. Designed in contemporary Balinese-Australian tropical style, and generously proportioned, the villa offers relaxed luxury in a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The villa is built on three levels that cascade down the sea-facing hillside.

The upper level consists of 3 en-suite double bedrooms, all with A/C, ceiling fan, halogen lighting, King-size beds, built-in wardrobes with personal safe and mini-bar, and access onto a large balcony through French doors. The en-suite bathrooms all feature oversized rain showers, glass sinks, and private walled gardens, 2 of which have oval terrazzo tubs. Elegant sandstone stairways connect the 3 floors. The second level has modern kitchen and powder room, and is separated by a sandstone deck from the vast, open-plan living room. The living room includes a fully-fitted and equipped wet bar. There is a dining table for 8, sofas and loungers, a large LCD screen TV, with DVD, CD, and satellite TV. The living room is beautifully lit, with dimmer-controlled ribbon lighting and floor lamps. The foldaway glass walls open onto a surrounding balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and sea views. Beside the 20 metre lap pool is a large sandstone deck, which continues into a shaded dining area for 6 people and separate day lounge with wet bar, bathroom and day beds. This area can also be used as a bedroom.

There is a second staff kitchen located behind the pool area. Daily maid service is provided, in addition to breakfast and airport transfers. The main tourist area of Chaweng, 2 minutes drive away, offers a 5 km white powder sand beach, and a plethora of excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and spas.

A luxury four bedroom villa - all bedrooms have large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathrooms.. Every room has extensive sea views. This expansive villa has over 400sq metres of enclosed space and 300sq metres of terraces. There is truly nothing to compare with it on Koh Samui. Overlooking Chaweng Beach and 3 mins from International Airport. The villa has a daily housekeeper, and a Thai Cook is also available on prior request. large lap pool, plasma screen TV, 2 kitchens, huge living lounge, extensive pool entertaining area, open environment, contemporary tropical design all make for a fabulous holiday. Not designed with small children in mind, but designed for adults.
