Baan Chaai Haat is a four bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate groups or families up to eight people, with extensive outdoor living facilities including a large private pool with sun-decking, set in spacious landscaped gardens. It offers direct access to the tranquil sandy beaches – the perfect setting for a trouble-free holiday.

Despite its secluded location it is only 35 minutes from the picturesque airport of Koh Samui. On arrival you will be met by our driver who will bring you to the villa, where you will be greeted by our manageress, Fiona, and her experienced staff. Throughout your stay they will be at your service, with just one aim: to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable stay.

Luxury beachside living

The villa has a large integral lounge and dining room, together with a fully furnished kitchen with all the modern conveniences for dining. There are three large bedrooms with king-size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, and there is a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed.

The rooms have been designed with your personal comfort in mind, with air conditioning appropriate to the sunny tropical climate complimented by stylish ceiling fans. All the windows are inter-changeable between glass and mosquito netting to create an ideal ambience at all times. The villa is also equipped with the latest in modern technology including cable TV and DVD/CD players.

The large lounge and living area is the heart of Baan Chaai Haat, with TV entertainment system, dining room and gourmet kitchen. As an additional service we can provide you with your own chef, Khun Eak, who will prepare and serve your own choice of both International and Thai cuisine

From the main living area, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a large pool that is ideal both for swimming and as a play pool for children. On either side terraces and sundecks tempt you with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun.

Beachfront setting

Baan Chaai Haat enjoys one of the finest positions to be found on any tropical island. From the pool and sundeck and the outdoor dining facility, just a few steps lead down to the white sand, with the ocean stretching away to the horizon. From here you have magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. Far removed from the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet, only visited by occasional tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches and shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite-surfing.

Accommodation

Master bedroom - A beautiful king-size bed with natural furnishings directly overlooking the beaches and ocean, with amazing sunrises bathing the room in light at dawn. The accommodation includes built-in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, as well as air conditioning and a cooling fan.

Second Bedroom – This room has a king-size bed and has air-conditioning and ceiling fan, plus an ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom - This features separate sliding doors leading outside and allowing a cooling breeze into the room and is ideal for parents, older children or another family party. It consists of a large bedroom with king-size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

Fourth Bedroom - Situated opposite the master bedroom, this room has a queen sized bed, as well as built-in wardrobes. This room, which has a ceiling fan, is next to the guest bathroom.

All the bedrooms are large and spacious and each can accommodate two persons, with the option of a third person/child in a daybed or baby cot. Three bedrooms have air-conditioning, and they all have central ceiling fans and ambient lighting that can be individually adjusted to suit your needs and create the perfect mood.

Facilities and conveniences

Although living in a tropical paradise you won't be isolated, as Baan Chaai Haat itself has all modern conveniences. Different hi-fi systems within the villa, together with cable TV and DVD are all available for your enjoyment.

Baan Chaai Haat offers fully serviced accommodation. There is a full-time villa manageress, Fiona, who with her housekeeping staff will help ensure you have a perfect holiday. We also have experienced staff to maintain the gardens and pools on a daily basis.

Should you wish, Fiona can provide an in-house chef to prepare your meals, see you are well stocked with food or drinks, or arrange for dishes to be delivered to your villa from the local restaurant. She can also organise tours, leisure activities or taxis. Alternatively our own villa car is available for rent. Child care and in house massage & beauty treatments can also be arranged.

Location

Baan Chaai Haat is one of the much sought-after beachfront villas which form the front line of Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development hidden away from the busy tourist areas of Samui and superbly located for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui’s wide beaches and lush tropical landscape.
