Baan Banyan is an established and well fitted private villa offering perfect self catering accommodation within this peaceful and gated development, set amidst a plethora of coconut palms and mature tropical gardens.
Situated 2 km's from the local beaches of Maenam and with easy access to The Santi Buri Golf and Country club.
Baan Banyan offers spacious accommodation to include 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, (please note the third bedroom is accessible either through bedroom 2 or directly off the u shaped terrace overlooking the swimming pool with further access through to the living room from the terrace sliding doors). Both guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom with outdoor Balinese style shower.
The master bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath.
An extensive fitted kitchen with fitted appliances including double door American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and extractor hood, built in microwave, an abundance of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils provides all the home comforts that one would expect for a self catering holiday break. An adjacent utility room provides a Siemens front loading automatic washing machine.
UBC satellite T.V is connected to the property viewed via a feature Pioneer Flat screen wall mounted television. Wireless ADSL Internet is available within the property via a wireless router (personal laptop required).
The private swimming pool is accessible via the shaded terraces with a range of outdoor furniture and sun loungers, cooled by overhead colonial style fans.
Of particular interest to all guests is the villa housekeeping service provided every 4 th day to include full clean and replacement of all bed linen and villa towels.

The kite-surfing school operates from this beach. ************************************************************************ Weather & Climate Thailand is fast becoming a country to be visited all year round. Koh Samui benefits from a good weather season of about 10 months of the year. The 'dry' season is generally from January till May and July through to September. Temperatures regularly reach 30 to 35 degrees till May and then 35 to 40 degrees till September with odd showers from July to September. The 'wet' season is generally from mid October to mid December when temperatures are around the 25 to 30 degree mark. November is often regarded as the 'monsoon" season, though the heavy rains that come at this time are generally only for a few hours at a time, with many days in between blessed with sunny spells. Tropical rain showers may occur late December and early January. As with all weather predictions in this ever changing world of climate irregularity, you can never be absolutely sure and the weather can catch us out but we hope this gives you a helpful guide nonetheless. (Please note, the weather predictions for Koh Samui are very different to those of Phuket and Krabi, which experience different seasons due to their location in the country). If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these villas.
