Astasia Villa is a luxurious contemporary Thai Bali Style Villa located just a few meters away from the secluded Natien Beach which itself is nestled in the South Eastern corner of Koh Samui. This is in arguably the most beautiful part of the island; and set amidst a lush tropical garden can be found the exclusive Samui Beach Village. Astasia Villa was completed in 2007 and has been designed to blend the elegance and comfort of tropical architecture and the functionality of contemporary living, all set in a wonderful colourful garden of plants, mature trees and shrubs. The villa can sleep up to 10 people. There are 3 large bedrooms with super king size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and large dressing rooms. One of the dressing rooms is also equipped with retractable bunk beds, and another with an oversize single bed. A put-u-up bed and cot are also provided. From the two top bedrooms balconies there are views of the beach, sea, and the lovely gardens surrounding the garden and the local area. Coconut palm trees – lit at night – surround the villa, enhancing the romantic tropical feel. The free flow swimming pool is 9 meters long and 4 meters wide and features an underwater seat along the width for relaxing on whilst enjoying gentle massaging jets. The furniture and fixtures throughout are beautiful and have all been chosen from Chaing Mai. Attention to detail even goes as far as deluxe cutlery and place mats. Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo CD, Broadband Internet and air conditioning in every bedroom is provided. There is a fourth bathroom for outdoor use, equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious base on this, Thailand’s third largest island, then our villa could definitely be for you. Natien Beach stretches out magnificently just a few steps from the villa with white sands and is ideal for families because of the shallowness of the sea. In the season, October – February, Kite surfing is very popular; with a school just a couple of hundred meters down the beach. A Chef can be provided on request, as can a daily maid service, babysitting, provision of continental breakfast etc., but these are at extra charge to the guests. Location and AmenitiesAstasia Villa, whilst located in a quieter less commercial part of the island, is situated on its own wonderful beach with easy access to much more. Three (3) restaurants are within easy walking distance, and dozens more within a few miles. The bustling town of Lamai with its nightlife is also a few minutes away. Attractions abound, an easy walk down the beach brings you to an aquarium, zoo, and even Tigers. A Butterfly Garden and Rum Distillery are close by, as are demonstrations of Monkeys picking coconuts. Tours to the mountains, waterfalls, elephant trekking, quad bikes, sea excursions and many other, are easily arranged and transport is normally provided from your door. Hire cars can also be provided direct to the villa. Health Spas abound and medical care is of the highest standard. |
