Cancellation conditions

Full amount forfeited for cancellaton within 30 days or less
30% forfeited for cancellations betwen 30 days and 3 month
For cancellation from 3 month and more, the letting amount paid is credited for 12 month for the guests or anyone on their behalf or refunded by the owner if a booking is secured for the same period and amount
